The cleaning staff, the young ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant to the incredible bakery chef ABOJE, the best meat pie I’ve ever tasted and the chef from the main kitchen. "It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. "
