"The place was very bad. The pictures showing on the web sites is not the same. The building conditions was in terrible shape. The rooms are very bad. I don’t know what kind of words I should use to describe that dirty place they call it hotel. I have to select a room from 8 rooms they show me and non was suitably to sleep in . The final one I choose did not have a key so I finally have to leave the place and look for another hotel. They still have not refund me my money"

"I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....
