The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything required for our stay. Breakfast was good, and the available parking was very convenient. "Great location…25 steps to Bangor train station. Friendly warm staff. Authentic Thai food available in their restaurant.Downstairs bar had small groups of friendly easygoing young crowd (not loud or unpleasant) Owner Ms. Su is actively committed to her business and is available to guests for compliments or complaints. Local busses leave within one to 4 blocks for various locations including Snowdonia."

"All excellent except dogs permitted indoors. I agree with assistance dogs but 2 of my travelling companions have had adverse experiences with dogs. One was bitten by a family pet the other chased down the street by a Rottweiler that had escaped through a fence. Given that neither of those attacks were reported there must be more than double the 24,000 annual reported attacks. In addition hygiene can be an issue if dogs go into food serving areas! Since the pandemic there has been a proliferation of dog friendly places!"

"Very nice hotel that I will return to on my next visit to Caernarfon. Lots of on site parking, and very friendly and helpful staff on reception. I arrived at the same time as a coach party, but the reception staff made sure I didn't have to wait. The room was very clean with lots of space and a good sized clean bathroom. It took a while to work out the light switches to turn on the bathroom light without all the other lights, but not a huge problem. Excellent hotel that I would recommend to friends and family."
