Excellent location and clean space. Communication was great. We went to Toronto to see some baseball and the location was perfect, walking distance to the games and lots of places to eat and see. It was great to have parking available also. Would definitely stay there again.

I made the mistake and thinking we had the whole apartment to ourself. When we checked in with the concierge over the phone he explained that we were going to be share it with someone else. The wife was not too happy about that especially with one bathroom. So the concierge was able to see I made a mistake and upgraded us to a different suite with a private bathroom. We felt very secure as they had a security guard at the front desk. Also something to make note make sure that you have an account to send $600 cdn via e-transfer, Zelle or PayPal for the damage deposit. Otherwise, the suite are excellent very close to downtown, CN tower, the harbour, union Station and public transportation. There was a lot of restaurants and stores to get food and supplies. We didn’t have to rent a car or drive all public transportation. If we were to come again I would see if we could rent the whole apartment with some friends.

Property and staff were great. Room was decent but had some wear and tear that made it feel a bit dingy. Overall great location downtown and staff were super nice and helpful.

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were provided with a room upgrade when they found out I was celebrating my birthday. A bottle of wine was set up as well. Thank you again! Room was terrific, love the hard wood floors. Only concern was the neighborhood, did more Ubering than walking. Thanks again for a great stay.
