"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao)

"All Staff were amazing. Location in old city just a few minutes walk from universities, cathedrals, shops and restaurants. "All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . After get directions, the rooms does not look like the pictures, no plates , no pillows, no tables at outdoor, just an empty apartment (the linens and towels were there..)
The apartment is brand new, but not suitable for a short...
