VERY hot hottub & very clean - perfect!! The gym was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely property. The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business ...

Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop
The hotel and the service was great. The studio layout works amazingly for two people dining inside the room. Location is great and safe. Good views. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Very basic and actually hated the paper plates! Other than this, I recommend staying there.
