"At one day in the morning the maid broke into my room at 6 am in the morning trying to clean or do something else. I am not too sure. I believe this is a No-Go. After I communicated this with the reception they told me they were hearing weird noises. While breaking into my room they destroyed the locking system of the door. I told the receptionist to order a Taxi for 10am, but he forgot to do so. I had to pay double the price for a transfer to the airport than the usual taxi price. (100 RON) "

"This is a great concept but not a great execution. New building but the furnishings are low cost. Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job."

"I stayed at this long three storey hotel a couple of times in September. Despite being near a main road, it was very quiet with no sound from the traffic in my first room at the back of the building and a negligible level of noise in my second room at the front. It is located a few miles from the centre of Timisoara so guests without their own transport can unfortunately expect to pay for taxis. The choice at breakfast is not particularly inspiring with an inexplicable absence of traditional teas in favour of the fruit (and St. John's Wort!) flavoured variety. Staff do not always seem to be at the reception desk but will assist when eventually available."
