"Breakfast buffet was lukewarm and an extra charge. No bar available. Room hadn’t been vacuumed very well. Shuttle driver was very friendly and efficient. "

"Paid an unexpected 10$ per vehicle parking fee… Poor service at front desk, almost no words other than telling that if driving a car o ad to pay for parking, he just dropped the key on the counter and moved on. Bathroom without heating, it felt cold. Room was okay, bed not the best but comfy enough."

"They gave us a different room then what we had reserved. Did not have hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. The hallway smelt like wet dog or dirty gym socks. We reserved a kitchenette but the the burners didn't work, so we ended up eating both nights we were there. The staff on the first day was not very friendly at all."

"This was probably one of the most disorganized hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was slow and unprofessional (three people behind the desk, one trainee) and the other two chatting with her casually and laughing while half heartedly checking me in. After a slow 10 mins (I had already done pre check in on my phone thankfully), we went up to our room, opened the door and two dogs came rushing to us barking, the room was occupied. I was traveling with 4 kids too. We all went down to the lobby, the front desk didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, the girl actually said “that shouldn’t happen.” And they spoke to each other trying to figure out which room to give us. The room was OK. Not cleaned very well (the floor), there were ants on the one side by the wall which we dealt with for our whole stay but I made sure to keep the floor clean and not leave food around. We had two bath towels (and hand towels, for 5 people), they had said all the laundry was being done so no extra towels were available yet. The pull out couch had no bedding for it. I was given some sheets later that evening once the laundry was done but no blanket. So I didn’t sleep with a blanket for the 4 nights we were there, just top sheets. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Housekeeping staff were so helpful and much more caring than front desk staff. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but well stocked for what they had."

"Overall the stay was good can’t really complain . We had very Friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet, but rooms could use some updating. Also weird that we had to pay $10 a night for parking in addition to the cost of the room."

"The big places for this hotel are free parking, free continental breakfast although ending at 9 AM seems a little too early since most people don’t have to check out till 12 noon. Also, it is convenient that you have an early check-in at 2 o’clock."
