"The property had old or used furniture in the lobby and rooms. I could not sit down on the couch in the room due to stains on the couch There was no carpet on the floors in the rooms, I found hairs in the shower, and the hallway carpet was coming up from the floor. The front desk young lady was kind and helpful when other guests were noisy. Also, there was mold outside on the air conditioner "

"Have stayed here multiple times. Normally enjoy it but the hot tub was broken. I had to ask multiple times for towels."

"the property was excellent, but had a problem with the elevator, my family and I had to climb 5 flights of stairs. we have a special need son and I am 80 yo not good for me."

"The GPS took us to an abandoned building. It took an hour with several phone calls to finally get the hotel itself and find out where they actually were. The staff was very nice, but the room was very musty. The halls and lobby were fine. When I mentioned it to them, they said it had rained a lot and the moisture was coming inside. I'm no expert, but a good air conditioning system should remove the moisture."
