"Beautiful suite. Accessibility was high standard. The room was large and clean, bathroom had everything needed for a wheelchair user. Roll- in shower was amazing. Great location. Great breakfast and helpful staff. underground parking garage was kinda scary to drive in though but everything else was perfect! "

"What we love: the large suite stocked with everything needed, the sofa beds that are actually comfortable!!!, the complimentary breakfast with great coffee (espresso machine), the free laundry with complimentary soap and dryer sheets!, the location (easy walk to all the downtown sights and restaurants) and lastly, the people (best front office ever!) We’ve stayed here many times now and each stay is like coming home. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else! "

"The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their guest’s needs. I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast at Feast + Revel and the hotel’s iconic roof top bar which played great music. In addition, the hotel’s location was perfect in terms of proximity to attractions and restaurants, everything was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when in Ottawa! "

"Modern and very well equipped with smart tv, fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave though I didn't use all those things. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff."

"During the summer the University of Ottawa converts some of its dorm rooms into hotel rooms. The rooms are large and clean. The room was private with a private bathroom. It was obviously not luxurious, but it was more than adequate. It is a 15 minute walk to Parliament. I would stay here again. "
