"An amazing stay with stellar service! Phil at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made a somewhat complicated situation turn out for the best. Loved our room with a stunning view of Parliament Hill. Enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking Parliament and the Rideau canal, and the coffee at the Cafe was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location could not have been more perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to go back again sometime."

"All around a great stay. Clean, great service and accommodating staff. The beds were ok, not terrible, but could be a little more comfortable and a little firmer. You have to eat at the Albion in the hotel lobby. Great food and amazing staff. I highly recommend the charcuterie board. "

"The university residence is in the walking distance from Ottawa city centre - perfect place to stay while sightseeing. The studio consists in two separate single rooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The studio was clean and comfortable. Please be aware that there is no kitchenware provided."
