"Evening staff Alexandra was excellent, very professional and friendly doing her job. Honored any requests promptly. She did our check in and got us a room on the first floor for easier access. Day shift staff was very nice and helpful as well. This hotel was nice and clean appeared newer. We enjoyed the kitchenette and spacious suite. I will recommend to family and friends. I would stay there again if I return."

"I loved this hotel , we came to gatlinburg to see the bears and we did at the hotel more than anywhere in the park! Very close to the park and all of the main attractions and restaurants. Perfect place to stay , clean and welcoming. Will book here again without a doubt:) "

"This was our second time staying here as we chose to come back. It’s aged and rustic but we love it. It’s out of the way of the hustle and bustle, easy parking, but close enough to everything. We arrived late and there was a small delay with our room but John was very helpful and nice and even upgraded our room! We are already planning on going back and staying again! "

"We felt like we started our “beach vacation in the mountains” the minute we drove up and were welcomed by a kind valet in a tropical shirt. The double queen room we had was huge and well laid out. I loved the small breakfast table for two (instead of the usual desk pushed against the wall), the huge shower with 3 shower heads, a separate bathtub, oversized bath towels, and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony. The restaurant food was great for our dinner as well as breakfast. Everything was immaculate! It’s close to lots of fun places and across the street from Anakeesta."
