"The pictures and description of the property is misleading. In much need of some updating and maintenance and even cleaning of the property itself. The staff was great they were helpful and friendly as the electricity has gone out for a little over an hour. "

"Great stay, everything was amazing i wished house keeping was a little more thorough in cleaning and replenishing the room ie coffee, sugars etc.. there were random hairs in the shower. Other than that 10/10 would stay again. Spa was great i had a gentleman who needed to trim his nails. I did ask for a Swedish massage when i booked but was given a deep tissue. Not complaining but i didn’t feel heard. "

"We arrived early on a Wednesday and knew we wouldn’t be able to get into the rooms. No problem. She said she would call us when they were ready. Called my friend but not me. Nothing was said then about the pool. Once we went to get our keys at 4 is when they told us the pool was closed til Sunday. We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool for our kids. Had we known that it was closed I would’ve canceled and booked somewhere else. Room was nice but definitely not super cleaned. We weren’t told that they don’t come and give new towels. So when we got back to our hotel at 9:30 at night I had to walk all the way up to the check-in which is a different building up the street to get new towels. Because you have to take your dirty towels turn them into laundry between the hours of 9 and 3 to get new ones. We weren’t told this at check-in. Laundry is also at the very back of the property. So it was a hike just to get there too. Extremely inconvenient when you have little ones. We probably would not return to this location. You could spend just a little more money and stay at the hotel next-door that had an indoor pool as well as a breakfast buffet option to purchase. "

"The property is definitely dated, but we weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, especially for the price. Staff was great and the location was perfect. Close to the activity but far enough away to be quiet at night. The free trolley has a stop right by the front desk making access to the area very easy. Will definitely stay here again."
