Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This place is horrible. Only looks pretty. Nothing works dishwasher ( horrible smell) and hot tub. The dishes in cabinet all dirty. No WiFi unless you want compromise your device. (Hack friendly) Katie was rude and racist on the phone once she got a copy of my ID. Kept calling and bullying us. Sent 5 different people to walk around and inspect cabin. She was telling employees that it was unoccupied so they can let themselves in. Danger and safety issues with stairs. Slipped and fell they didn’t care and asked us to leave.
