The room was clean but you can tell it needs some work. The trim in the room was peeling, fireplace didn’t work, bathroom surround was cracked, and it looked like mold in the corner by the tub. Not a place I would stay again.

The room was bright and clean. Appreciated the darkening shade. Breakfast had from cereal to muffins and everything in between. Exiting the parking lot was weird, but not bad.

We got 2 rooms for our family and it was nice that they gave us conjoined rooms. The rooms were clean. We like how close it is to the attractions. We walked to anakeesta and didn't have to pay parking there.

It was convenient to walk anywhere in town. The only drawback was our room being close to elevator and housekeeping…..lots of movement of carts in the early morning.

We enjoyed our three night stay! Rooms are very spacious and updated. The location was perfect to walk around to the Gatlinburg strip, restaurants, mountain coasters, etc. the hotel, pool, etc. seemed very clean and well-maintained. Excellent price.

This place smelled like a 7/11 gas station. Room was 3/5 for cleanliness. Holes in wall from dry wall work. They spent too much money on the mirror and tv and not enough on carpet cleaning and overall smell. Good part of the stay was the convenience of location. Able to walk to most all of the places we went during our stay.

If you’re looking for a great location at a great value, this is the hotel for you. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious more than enough room for all of us. The staff is very friendly. They were so kind, the room was clean. The pool is clean. It’s very convenient to all of the Gatlinburg attractions. We parked the car and never moved it again until it was time to leave. This is an older property and could use a refresh. The water pressure in the shower could be better. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.
