We truly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Haven! Everything was very clean. The only recommendations: offer more pots and pans, potholders, and somewhere to put our trash. Overall, we would definitely book this cabin again. Thank you!

The cabin was wonderful the only downfall was the washing machine it was not spinning the water out the clothes properly we had to manually wring the water out the towels but besides that we had a great time

Had trouble connecting The TV in the main living space to local Tv without using our own youtube tv.

Beautiful home and spot. WiFi did not work which prevented me from doing work and checking out was issue. WiFi was a complaint of my kids the entire stay because couldn’t watch their program or use phones effectively. The place was fabulous! The person I corresponded with let me know cable/ WiFi was a citywide issue but no compensation offered. I did go to pool on Sunday and some kids - I assume- had placed a bunch of chairs in hot tub.
