"We booked this hotel room over one month in advance because we were trying to travel at an affordable rate with five people. We booked a suite. When we arrived after a long drive, we were told they were sold out. When I said that I had already booked a room, the receptionist said they were sold out. She said they couldn't find our reservation even though it had been confirmed. There were a lot of families in similar predicaments in the lobby. Since we couldn't find a hotel locally that could fit our family we ended up just driving through the night to our next destination. Super disappointing since I have been booking through Hotels.com for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had a hotel do this to us. "

"The area is o.k., you can tell the hotel was older but it was still clean and staff was very friendly."

"When i booked it online the pictures they had posted was photoshoped. The rooms was nothing like the photos, my room had black hair in bathroom floor upon arrival, no smoke detector in the room and the bathtub had mold around the caulking, inside bottom of tub was black, for the price they charge i was expecting at least for it to be clean. Even after they came in the next day to give us fresh towels, and take out trash the bathroom floor was NOT SWEEP, the long black hairs was still there."

"Stated on Expedia and on sheet posted at their front desk pets stay free. Front desk person tried to charge me 20 dollars and when I pointed out my pet was free he said he would drop it to 15. I walked out and said I would not stay at another studio 6. My husband went in and front desk person said he told me our dog was free. Got to room it was dirty. No coffee pot nothing on tub bottom to keep from slipping. No light bulbs in three of the lamps. Big space under door. No safety latch for door. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. I have pictures "

"In room 303 I had no hot water, I saw roaches , refrigerator didn’t work . I had two days but I cancelled for Sunday and asked for a refund , which I’m still waiting on . Will never go back "
