"Maintinance Man entered my room while I was naked and just getting out of shower. I failed to latch the door stop. Apparentlr he had akey. He did not even knock before entering my room. Freaked me out. Claims he was sent to repair something and came wrong room. Reported to front desk and nothing was done about it. Not even an apology from management."

"We enjoyed our two nights stay at the Beaurivage. Everything was perfect. We were there for the dance with the stars. Live show."

"The members card for the casino seemed like a joke. We were told after we gambled that the points don't travel with us to other Hard Rock casinos. Huh? Why wouldn't they unless it's just a ripoff. We'll never go here again, would much rather spend our money at a casino where the points go with you."
