The first room I was put in was very dirty, beds were not made and there was literal dirt on the sheets from shoes. I went to the desk and the man attending the desk at 11pm was very helpful and moved us to another room. The worst holiday in. Experience I’ve ever hadz

I found what looked to be men’s beard hair wipes into the corners of the sink top. There was also some on the floor in the bathroom. The hotels condition of the pool was absolutely terrible. Crusty. And there was 8 dehumidifier’s in there. Other guests had warned me not to but I thought maybe they were dramatic. The hotel had an odd odor to it as well. I also had found a used flossing pick on the underside edge of my bed. I will not be staying at this hotel or recommending it as I have cleaned hotels in the past and have no idea how they missed these things. I will be coming to Gaylord 2 times a month and will never be staying here again. It was like a hotel with a low end motel vibe.

Had a great experience. We had issue with the blinds in our room and Stephanie was so great with helping us out and making up for the inconvenience. Definitely would recommend staying here

There was no notification of the amount of out of service equipment. Elevator was out of service, in room refrigerator was out of service. No ice machine on higher levels.

My family stayed the night for Gaylord’s 8U hockey jamboree. The building was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The only problem was the snowmobilers who all poorly parked so it was tight for all the guest to find parking.

I was very impressed by this hotel. It was very clean, modern, and had a lot of amenities that made it much nicer than other budget class hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was very good as well; the only pet peeve I had was that the plasticwarr utensils were low quality

The window shade wouldn't close so people could see in and we faced the parking lot. We got extra pillows to block the window.

Room did not meet expectations as shown on reservation site. No table or comfortable chair. Blinds broken, entrance door of room had large gap, bathroom door would not stay open and shower difficult to use and unsafe. Overall staff not friendly nor knowledgeable. Already submitted long review 3 days ago. Must have been deleted due to poor rating. Extremely over priced at $276 for one night.

The room was spacious and well equipped. Heard some noise with neighboring doors closing but overall relatively quiet. Only downside for my daughter and I, no hot tub! There’s a pool but on cold weekends in the fall we were hoping to get warmed up. Would stay here again tho!

Excellent stay
The room/bathroom were very spacious, love the dove products that were provided at the sink & shower, moveable shower head, love the built-in bench for your bags/loot, decent breakfast options & close to everything in town. An overall great experience!!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet relaxing getaway up north to enjoy some time outside in the fall. Since this hotel was 3 hours from home, we were looking for a room with a deep tub to relax after a long day of driving, we selected this hotel since it claimed to have them. We checked in and did not get the room as advertised, and when we asked, they said they were not available.

This hotel is beautiful. It looks more like a resort than a hotel room in Gaylord. We were so happy with the cleanliness of the room, the room itself, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. No complaints here. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here. The staff was really friendly and the bed was super comfortable. If I had to say anything negative, the only thing I can think is that the shower pressure wasn’t very good, but that’s it. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend trip and it was great. Close to Walmart, Meijer and several other stores. It has an indoor pool, which was great since it was chilly outside. Breakfast was pretty good (yay bacon) and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

So I was very happy with my stay except the fact that I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi tub and when I got to the property they did not put me in a room with the jacuzzi and then when I went and spoke with someone at the front desk they told me that they would not move me to the correct room. So very nice property but not very accommodating for someone spending money in their hotel
