"Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. "

"First impressions was entering reception with an angry customer wanting to speak to the manager. Upon entering the room without any help by the staff the floor was dirty, the balcony furniture had to be cleaned, the Televisions did not work and the remote was held together with sticky tape, the bathroom basin leaked onto the floor and your feet and so on. I did not complain because it was only a 1 night stop over but later when asked I told them the basin is leaking. The next morning we had a...

"We enjoyed our vacation- it’s our second time. The room was large enough to fit 2 adults and 2 teens (14, 16) comfortably. We had fun and quiet in the pool which was not the main one, as we had access from our room. Recommended!"
