"No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "

"It was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. A walk around the corner, and you see the castle. Fresh produce and tea house nearby. The staff was exceptional. The price was very reasonable when I rented it, but it is likely more during busy seasons. Still, I highly recommend it. The old architecture makes you feel like you are staying in an ancient castle. "

"Really enjoyed the hotel and found the room to be very clean as well as a traditional Turkish atmosphere. Breakfast was good and Cennet was so helpful and kind. The hotel had a wonderful outdoor patio as well as all you can drink water bottles and hot tea. Parking was available and the hotel was a great location to the castle as well as other sites. "

"My first impression was very bad. I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one building to another because actually the hotel is about three or four different buildings. It is advertised on one other site, but under a different name, so it was confusing to find it because when I asked about it, no one recognized the name, because generally, it goes by the name on the rival site. I felt like it was bait and switch. I have to say, though, the management was very good about showing me one room after another until I was finally satisfied, although I never did find the room that was in the picture that I had originally really liked. After that, the experience was great, I was finally given Wi-Fi and could apologize and say I wish we had been able to communicate from the beginning so many misunderstandings would not have taken place. I don’t know why it seemed so difficult for them just to give me a password and reception , so that I would feel comfortable telling them my needs. The area was amazingly beautiful.
