This is one of the better hotels in Antep and has spacous rooms and is relatively clean. The staff were nice and the parking is free. You will need to use taxi or a car to move around as it is not located in the downtown area.

Overall good, but to have assistance with staff at front desk is hard as most of them can not speak or understand english. Calling from room to house keeping or room service is hard because of language.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Shimall. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Wir haben kostenlos ein Upgrade erhalten und eine Suite bekommen. Hier wird viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft und Qualität gelegt wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel Shimall jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Gaziantep besucht! Unser Sohn ist im Hallenbadbereich ausgerutscht und hingefallen hat sich das Schlüsselbein gebrochen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr behilflich und haben sich gekümmert und haben täglich nach dem Wohlbefinden des Kindes gefragt. Lieben Dank
