"Excellent view, horrible service, they do not know how to give direction to the Village, poor lighting.at nights to find the village. there is no office to sign in or out or there is no one to let the problems known, parking is very dangerous at night by the cliff without no rail guard, not enough lighting, if they fix all these problem it would be a good place to stay."

"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. The room smelled like smoke, we had no hot water, the carpet was dirty, our sink leaked water all over the counter and there are no amenities in the room like a kettle and we could only find 1 water glass.
