Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
They will spam you with messages prior to check-in encouraging you to extend your stay instead of giving relevant information. Exceedingly unclear communication about the address and check-in procedure and refusing to pick up on the emergency number provided when clarification required. Given the wrong code for access to apartment. The lady who came to help had to try various combinations and also couldn’t get the door to open for a long time.
The apartment above beer street is noisy into the early hours of the morning and there are no blackout curtains in the bedroom to help dampen noise and block light out.
Other small issues not limited to: shower head sprays water in a multitude of direction, water temperature swings from freezing to scorching, no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, black spots on the bedsheets, etc etc
Overall a thoroughly unpleasant experience, would not recommend.
