Dear Madam, Since we were not allowed to enter the room to check where is the source of ants coming out and you did not decide to switch the hotels, we consider your demand for full refund groundless and unjust. If we had any evidence that the presence of ants was our fault we would take the whole responsibility on our shoulders. Unfortunately, you did not give us any chance to prove it. Thus, our possible steps which we could take after that was checking all the hotel’s rooms on each floor and analyze earlier accommodations. The room in which you were checked in was being accommodated continuously for the whole month without any break and none of our guests noticed any insects. Two videos you sent us show 2 ants each. We are very sorry about the experience you had during your stay in the Molo Hotel but we are fully confident that, with our staff caring about cleanliness and spotlessness of the whole hotel, not only the rooms themselves, with the utmost attention, we would not let any insect cross the threshold of a room.
