We checked in as a group of 3 and they only provided 2 large towels, it took 3 calls to the front desk to finally get a third towel and it was a beach towel. The room was on the lower level of the parkade, practically underground, the air conditioning was difficult to control and the shower was super hot or almost cold. I would not recommend "

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was always super nice, available, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us get connected with transportation to/from the airport, food recs, and find local spots to tour. The rooms were so nice and always clean! They have water AND ice in the hallways, and they have a rooftop pool and dinner/bar area available on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I loved this hotel SO much!!! We reserved it for 2 nights when we first arrived at Guadalajara. We extended 3 times and stayed for the whole week, because I didn't want to go anywhere else. The location is fantastic in a nice shopping center with nice restaurants and cafes. Loved our room and the staff was very friendly. The pool is beautiful too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back the next time we're in Guadalajara. We travelled around the stayed for 2 weeks and I compared every hotel/room to the Mid Town Hilton :)"
