"Food excellent. Some staff very nice others made my daughter feel like a burden. Appreciated luggage being stored while we toured the city. Room was clean and nice but price too expensive."

"Breakfast was great, had the St Martin's Day meal in the evening which was good value and the food was lovely especially with the wine pairings. Travelling with a small child and the play area was a good asset at the end of the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay."

"Yes, clean modern room with comfortable king bed, everything was excellent.
Bathroom was big.
However, bath tub was steep and getting in and out was difficult; also water was spraying all over as shower glass divider was too narrow.
Staff were always cheerful and welcoming and helpful.
Hotel location was excellent (elevator to Budapest Castle was just a few doors away) and walking distance to Chain Bridge.
We had breakfast added to our room rate and it was ala carte!
Would definitely recommend staying there!"
"This is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. It is a very classic >100 year old property with elegance everywhere. The room was very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with choice of Champagnes and very wide selection of excellent food. The dining room featured a small classic orchestra at dinner. The pool/spa was amazing. The location was super convenient. And the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Well-deserving of 5-stars!!"
