"The hotel was booked solid with a bunch of high school students there for a sporting event. The first night, they ruined the pool/hot tub and it was out of service for our entire 4 night stay. Next, every single folded towel that was placed in our room each day from housekeeping was wet/very damp when we went to shower at night. The closet door did not stay closed so we had to continue walking out around it"
