"This is a great place to stay in Mazatlan. It is close to everything. It is right on the beach. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching the waves. The hotel is old and is showing signs of wear. The cable TV system kept freezing making it impossible to watch. The place is basic, but it is well cared for. Absolutely bring ear plugs. It is not the hotel's fault that locals like to BLAST music when they drive and could care less if others are sleeping. It is a nice place and simply the best location."

"It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed. Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed. Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant. Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding. In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán. "The property is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, cute coffee shops, shopping boutiques, Mercado, catedral and much more. The hotel was very clean, didn’t had an issue at all, the staff was nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back and will stay here. "
