Great hotel. We got a newly renovated room which was verry clean compared to our previous stays there, however, the bed could be improved. We like the local cuisine and what they had on the menu was well made and delicious but limited in choice. The choice at the breakfast buffet could be expanded also.

This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles, worn out doors with paint drippings.,,,the smell is disgusting, no words is disgust can fully describe this accommodation. Admin are rude as they hang up on the phone if you start complaining then they block! Owner doesn't seem to care at all! Expedia and other travel sites should ban this owner!!!! Bath blocked, admin not helpful!

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

The assistant Dunben was amazing. The second i sent a message, he would reply immediately. Very spacious, i wished i owned it. Best with families. A true 4 bedroom

First of all I like how the hotel is located, walking distance from Okada ✨ the food inside are amazing they served different cuisine . My room are very clean.Staff are very friendly. We stayed in for 3 nights in king suites room. Everything was great and looking forward to stay there again in my next visit in PH🇵🇭
