"My room did not have a hair dryer. My husband and I got locked out of our room
. I had to stand in line for 35 minutes to get our keys redone to let us into our room. Housekeeping did make my bed because there was a hanger left on it. The pool was cold. I got locked outside of the pool and had to walk all the way around the building to get back into the building. "

Hotel owner is extremely rude, will literally yell at you if you mis read something in small print.

"The check in staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, but the condition of the room was disappointing. There were hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Pretty clean aside from that, but our room had a broken recliner in it, and the mattresses were poor quality."

"They made a good effort to remodel. Not my taste. The continental breakfast was really bad. No reasonable person would ever stay there twice. The white bread only option was after toasting was so tough, not eatable - The jelly packets were solid from age. Could not dig them out. The selection of food. Poor. The one cup pour coffee maker made instant coffee. "
