"The check in went great. The room was clean and it was very quiet. On our second day and again on check out day we had no hot water to shower. They didn’t just brush me off but took the time to explain that they were aware of the problem and were actively working on it. When we checked out, they explained that there was something going on with the gas line. They gave us a discount which was very much appreciated. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"-There was quite a bit of dust in both of our rooms (on phone, tray with glasses, side tables, vent cover on wall in bathroom) -There was no towel bar except the one inside the shower. There was only 1 towel hook on the door. -There is a little wear and tear showing in both of our rooms, but nothing overwhelming. -There are some extreme areas of wear and tear/aging in the hallway leading to our room. -There’s a nice lobby area leading up to the check in area. It is spacious, has seating and decent natural light. -I called for some more facial tissues and sugar and man were they extremely fast delivering the items! -The housekeeping staff was great at getting us fresh towels and replenishing the coffee. -When we came in contact with staff throughout our stay they were always very pleasant. -There were lots of places to shop and eat nearby. The hotel is on property with Yorktown Mall and an AMC theater."
