Le séjour s'est plutot bien deroulé, sauf lors de l'arrivée lorsque j'ai decouvert que la salle de bain était commune alors que sur ce site il est notifié "dans la chambre: salle de bain"

Sehr charmante Zimmer, attraktiver Tarif, superschnelles WLAN und Entfernung zum City Center. Das Personal war sehr hilfbereit und freundlich. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es weitermpfehlen.

Etwas schwierig zu finden, aber sonst perfekt. Das Zimmer inkl. Bad war entzückend und super sauber. Der Empfang war nett, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die nächste Bushaltestelle is nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Anticipo subito che più di un b&b è un affittacamere . Ho usufruito della camera più bella della struttura..matrimoniale con bagno in camera.. Faccio notare di stare attenti con le prenotazioni xchè molte camere hanno bagno in comune . La camera presa è in ottima posizione..vicino a brignole e. Via xx settembre. Zona molto tranquilla di Genova e a piedi è raggiungibile in 20min la zona del porto antico centro congressi..acquario.. La camera è pulita e rispetta le foto. Però devo dire che è molto piccola..ero da solo e non sapevo dove mettere i vestiti. Dispone di una cassaforte microscopica..nella quale un portafogli da donna non ci sta. Però è un di più...non sarebbero tenuti a metterla per la tipologia di struttura . La struttura non è mai presidiata. Dovete chiamare il proprietario qualche minuto prima di arrivare.. La camera non offre colazione ma mettono a disposizione un piccolo set fatto da cialde caffè fette biscottate marmellata e tisane. Attenzione a uscire: bisogna lasciare le chiavi sulla scrivania ma...in caso di partenza molto presto il cancello esterno è chiuso e servono le chiavi x uscire. In pratica si rischia di rimanere chiusi fuori dalle camere e dentro al palazzo. Il bagno è carino ma senza bidè. Il set di cortesia non è stato rinnovato il giorno successivo e nemmeno gli asciugamani.ha una caldaietta al suo interno che serve anche la camera adiacente. In pratica di notte se aprono l acqua calda si accende la caldaia e vi svegliate Stanza cmq silenziosa

Das Haus ist im Zentrum der Stadt. Ds Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings ist Alles sehr hellhörig. man hört die Wassersprülung der Toiletten und wenn das warme Wasser vom Boiler erhitzt wird, dann wir es auch sehr laut. das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber das Bett war gut. Parkplätze nur im weit entfernten öffentlichen Parkhaus oder auf der Straße gebührenpflichtig und sehr teuer. Tee und Kaffe kann man sich machen - kostenfrei.
