"The hotel advertised play area and water sports but the play area is not suitable for young children. The indoor play are is never open. The water area is untidy and unkept. The rooms are fine but tired and dated. The pool area is nice. The restaurant staff are not very helpful. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's an easy walk into the city and is convenient if you use public transportation. Also close to a shopping center. Great breakfast. Didn't use it but the gym it was impressive. If you like to run, there is a nice path along the river, best if you head upstream on the north side."

Beds were firm and comfortable with European duvets. We received exceptional service from Mykolas at the front desk who arranged a car to drive us to the airport at 4:30am to catch an early flight - which went super smoothly and zero stress.
