"Accomodation and gardens are fantastic. Checkin was easy, they kept in contact via whatsapp messenger every day of the stay to enquire how we were and if there any issues with the accomodation. A pity more properties do not do this. Will most certainly stay again."

"Stayed 3 nights. What I liked: (1) The staff was great!!! (2) Location is great to centre George with lots of dining options you can walk to. (3) The rooms, themselves were very clean. What I did not like: (1) Wifi Internet never worked. (2) Generator was not working so there was no power during loadshedding. (3) The carpet in the hallways where the rooms are located is disgusting and needs to be replaced. Detracts from the otherwise clean environment. "

"Our host was very friendly and accommodating, we arrived during load shedding and after check-in time! It’s in a good location too. Load shedding affects this area for 2-4 hours in the evening and quite often overnight - there is no generator but they do leave the portable lights in your room for when this happens. "The room was spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately the room overlooked a security gate and the staff were loud with thier banter and radios which was a bit of a distraction from the serene environment. The overall hotel estate is worn and tired, looks like it has not been maintained in years. We were there for one night and wanted to go to the bar/restaurant with the view of the ocean. We were told it was full and therefore had to eat in a “pub” type restaurant next to a security gate....
