"No breakfast menu. Sink in bathroom area would not drain out no matter how much I worked the noneffective lever. There was however a note saying that it was much easier to leave a tip for the people who clean the rooms. Why would anyone want to leave a tip for such incompetence? Early in the morning some person began getting some type of noisy equipment out of the storage area next to our room. Kept us awake for some period and never did get back to sleep. We have been coming to MDAnderson for 20 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms. This was the worst experience we have ever had. You recommended this hotel. We use to use Expedia in the past while traveling but stopped. Now I know why we stopped using Expedia. We will never bother you people again. David Ballard. "

"Everything was great until they wanted a $150 deposit. When you are paying for a $60 room typically you don’t have the $150 for a deposit otherwise you would be staying at a higher end hotel. The deposit should match"
