I enjoyed my stay at One GT. The staff was on top of it at all times. They were welcoming from the start and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The hotel is really beautiful with a rooftop pool and 3 beautiful restaurants. Our room was spacious, well organized and cleaned. I recommend One Gt to everyone coming to Cayman.

The hospitality at One|GT was amazing. Everyone were attentive to all details of my stay, making my vacation feel extra luxurious. Small details of recognizing me, knowing my name from day 1, to providing housekeeping at late afternoon hours to accommodate to my schedule were a few things that make them stand out. I really appreciate and enjoyed my stay.

Brand new hotel with super friendly staff! The bar staff at the rooftop restaurant were especially helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was very useful.

Every person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality was some of the best we've experienced and made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. The amenities were fantastic and added so much to our stay. My family of 4 stayed at OneGT for a week in grand cayman island in a standard room. We really enjoyed the hotel and its available pools and amenities. The hotel is only 5months old so everything is spotlessly clean and the room has high end, clean appliances allocated for our use. There was a fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full oven with all amenities of a home kitchen. There’s also a high end coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea/milk which was throughly enjoyed in the early morning on the walk out balcony with great views of the ocean and surrounding neighbourhood. The room itself was very spacious with a king size bedroom with plenty of storage space for clothes. A double pullout couch/bed was adequate for my 2 older kids and the large bathroom was well appointed with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. and served our needs very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and catered to all our requests for more milk, ice, bedding, towels and the extra robes and slippers. The car valet service provided was excellent and attentive with Archie and co. providing us with free umbrellas, beach chairs water and ice for our daily trips to the beach. I really enjoyed seeing their smiling, welcoming faces. The pool on the third floor was very nice and comfortable with plenty of lounge chairs and even double sun beds in the shade. The rooftop infinity pool has unmatched views of the city, ocean, and surrounding neighbourhood

My stay at ONE GT Grand Cayman was exceptional from start to finish. Conveniently located directly across from Kirk Freeport and only about 10 minutes from the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, the hotel offers a perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. As a newly opened property, everything felt fresh, modern, and impeccably maintained. My room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly plush and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. What truly sets ONE GT apart is its outstanding staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The valet staff offered fantastic recommendations for both local favorites and upscale dining experiences. The front desk team was attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was kind and thoughtful, and the restaurant team was consistently friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, making it a great choice for travelers looking to unwind. I highly recommend ONE GT Grand Cayman to anyone visiting the island. My only suggestion is to consider renting a car, as the hotel is located downtown rather than directly on the beach. That wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if beachfront access is your top priority. Overall, ONE GT delivered a phenomenal experience, and I would gladly stay there again.
