"We arrived around noon; the baggage check line was long and slow (only 1 person was working it). Check-in isn't until 4 p.m., so we used that feature. Check-in was smooth. At one point, not all the elevators were working, which was annoying. Upon arrival, the room was clean, but I could tell they cleaned quickly, as I noticed some random small items under the bed that a vacuum would have picked up. The shower gel was out, and the conditioner/shampoo was almost out too! The bed is hard, and there are only 2 pillows, but I can't really complain too much. The location and price are great. The hotel was very clean overall- staff always mopping and sweeping in the lobby. Check-out is not until 12 pm, but the cleaning staff did bug my husband about when we would be out. Staff was hovering around our door until we left. Sorry, I really was relying on that 12 pm check-out time, which I thought was nice. If you're going to bother your guests about it, just change it to 11 am."
