"We stayed there for several weeks while working at a nearby ranch—we’re from Corpus Christi, Texas. Many workers stay there since it’s the only hotel, but it was a good experience: great service, very quiet, and very clean. I recommend it."
"I absolutely loved this hotel. Room was clean and AC worked great. Beds were super comfy, staff was amazing and pool was refreshing and not over chlorinated. Check in was at 12 and so was checkout. Breakfast was good and they even leave a few things out such as cereal, milk, fruit, and an awesome yogurt dispenser which my kids loved. Shower also had great water pressure. I am super pleased and definitely intend to go back. Environment was nice and quiet and very relaxing. The only thing that I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer."
"Initial phone call was good and outside of the building looked great except there was literally one car in the entire hotel parking lot. One, for a hotel boasting 40+ rooms. That was red flag number one. The second came seconds later upon entering and nobody around. Not walking, behind the desk, no one anywhere except what appeared to be a maintenance man and he completely ignored us. We paced the hallway calling out for assistance for almost 10 minutes before a young lady dressed like she was at the skatepark more than work approached. She got us mostly checked in before another girl with even less clothes on (daisy dukes would be considered long compared to her shorts) came up and completely changed everything. They changed our room 3 times before we got a room. The whole place was empty except a handful of people who I couldn't tell whether they were employees or squatters. The room itself was nice and clean and it was nice to relax so no complaints there. But the next morning we had a similar issue of couldn't find anyone until a guy came out of a first floor room half asleep to help with checkout. And forget any sort of breakfast because except a couple of granola bars there was none. It seemed more like a squatters hostel than a legitimate hotel operation. Maybe (benefit of the doubt) they were remodeling, but considering we seemed to be the only paying customers I can't imagine saying they were truly open for business."
"Great!!! Front Desk Stuff was really friendly and easy check in, very very helpful and colorful.
I was going back home north from Aranzas to Round Rock and was tired to make it back in one shot and got on expedia and found this deal. They have a nice green lawn visible from every room! and a really nice bbq pit!! - it is really nice! Missing rhe pics.
Quiet, no other hotels right next to it. Love’s gas station is right there by the highway with a Mcdonalds and love’s have an EV station like the gas pumps, really cool to see that for the first time. Last time i stopped at that g/s was 6 years ago. If you really want to have a taste of what is texas for real, look no more. There is nothing around, there’s a lake nearby and it’s been raining but i could check it out. Peace my friends!! Whatever is it to you. I can’t wait to go back and check the lake and come back to the hotel and fire the pit… just to smell burning wood like in the old days, they are good again finally !!! . Come here, keep it quiet and most importantly, make a stop at a vape shop and get the fun stuff. Cheers! It helps when you read real reviews about a experience. Fun fun fun or die hard. :D
See you around."
