"We were very pleased with our first stay at Surfside Beach Oceanfront hotel. The property is very clean and we were impressed by the daily cleaning/washdown, especially the outdoor spaces (pool, outside seating and yes, the parking area's). We didn't need much attention, as the rooms were spotless and everything worked, but if we had a question the staff was friendly and able to take care of us. Can't say enough about the location, between the pool, easy access to the beach and the surrounding bars/restaurants. If we hadn't chosen to do some local day trips, we could have easily spent our time right there. Should mention the pier. It was a busy place but they keep it very clean and it was fun to grab ice cream, watch some fishing or eat at the diner (excellent food, staff was great, and a shout out to the bartenders). We normally rent a condo for 1-2 weeks, but could only make a 4 night/5 day trip this year, so we gave this a try and we won't hesitate to return. Highly recommended."

"Amenities and location was great. The room I had was listed to sleep 6 but truly slept 8 had a Murphy bed and pullout. They are hard to go from room to room if in use but otherwise great value add. Place had everything thing to cover all ages. When you get home your tired but you wish it never ended"
