"Beautifully maintained property. Spacious air conditioned room. Very comfortable bed, bedding & pillows. Breakfast was delicious with fresh seasonal fruit, omelette one morning & French toast the next. Fresh orange juice & lots of hot coffee. Would definitely recommend & hope to return."

"Our second time staying here and itโ€™s been great. The perfect stay if you want to just explore Placerville Main Street area as everything will be walking distance. This is a super historical building/hotel so keep that in mind and if you arenโ€™t open minded to that, then it may not be for you. My husband and I on the other hand have loved both of our stays here and we are simple people. With that, even while itโ€™s a very historical/old building, the rooms have always been clean and that is most important. The open balcony for all guests with seating was a nice way to either start your morning or end your eveningโ€™s."
