"Found clogged bathroom sink and slow draining kitchen sink which never got fixed for my two night stay. Large hold where doorknob went through it was never fixed. Refrigerator door was extremely hard to open. Whole side of living room chair was black from dirty and was nasty. They claim to be doing renovations, but need to focus on fixing current issues to keep current customers happy. Stayed here numerous times withing the last 2 years, but may not be back. Employees at the front desk were very polite and helpful, but know they do not keep people there long, probably because everyone complains abot issues that are beyond their control."

"We had to move rooms two times. The air conditioner wasn’t working in room 202. Moved to room 310. This room was awful. The smell coming from the bathroom was awful and grew stronger with each passing min. Moved again this room was better. The front staff was great very understanding and courteous. The pool was closed. Only good thing at this hotel was the front desk staff"

"The elevator went down. Plus I’m disabled was on the 4th floor. I had to walk up n down the stairs. I’m on oxygen the desk clerk last night may a joke about my disability. "
