Giovanni was looking for us as we approached the B&B. He speaks some English and we speak some Italian, it was enjoyable. There are 3 rooms here. It is an old building and is well located. Not modern, but comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect place for us to stay within easy walking distance to the center. We were able to park quite close. All in all very good place to stay!

Different but good

The crusty silver haired gent who assisted us during our stay is a character with a heart of gold. Our room had a spectacular view of the coastline from the balcony. The bed was firm, the shower hot and strong, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. On street parking is very limited but we got a park pretty close to the accommodation so ...happy. The ZTL wasn't activated but the streets are very narrow - we chose not to try but walked the streets and there's plenty of eateries around.

One of the jewels of our stay in Gerace. Casa Ferrari ushers you in from the street through an old garden teeming with blooming plants. Once in the apartment, old luxe surrounds you from the kitchen with its bergamot and other citrus marmalades and in the cozy and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The crown of it all is the balcony, where breakfast if served in the morning, that will usher you onto one of the most beautiful views of the Ionian coast, from Gerace down to the beach.. unbelievable!! Simply gorgeous!

Très très bien

Très beau souvenir avec une très belle vue et un excellent accueil du propriétaire. Chambre avec vue très cosy même si la salle de bain se trouve à côté. Le petit-déjeuner se fait avec des produits faits maison. Excellent souvenir de la place. Peut-être attention à la place de parking à réserver lors de la haute saison.

Ach war wieder mal sehr schön....

Wir haben uns wieder mal hier so richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht die Ruhe das Frühstück..... alles sehr schön. Zum Frühstück verwöhnt worden mit Salami, Käse, Kuchen, Saft , spitzen Kaffee etc. Nun also wer sonst was an Komfort und Nobelzeug braucht .... bleibt weg und gebt wo anders schlechte Kommentare ab. Hier ist alles einfach aber mit Liebe und Gastfreundschaft gemacht. Einfach heißt nicht schmudelig oder so. Hier wird mit einfachsten Mitteln auf das Wohlbehagen der Gäste eingegangen. Wer so was liebt, kommt her und überzeugt euch selbst. Wir sagen nochmals vielen Dank. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind kommen wir ein drittes Mal vorbei !!!! Wir empfehlen von Herzen !!!

Camera bella e spaziosa nel rione Borghetto

Camera molto spaziosa, in un'antica casa del rione Borghetto, subito a ridosso della città alta di Gerace. Letto con lenzuola fresche e "croccanti" (di lino ?). Colazione sul panoramico balcone con vista sulla costa di Locri; molto buone le marmellate casalinghe. Ottima l'accoglienza e i consigli sulla ristorazione locale.

It really has atmosphere Casa Ferrari, as well as Gerace itself. The Dome up there is enormous and really beautiful in it's simplicity

Romantic getaway. :)

Lovely hotel in a beautiful historic town

I had a very pleasant stay at the Casa Ferrari. Valeria and Mario, the owners of Casa Ferrari, were highly welcoming as was Giovanni who works at Casa Ferrari. They all made a great effort to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable and were very hospitable indeed. My room was very comfortable with delightful views from the balcony towards the sea. Casa Ferrai is situated in the historic town of Gerace which is steeped in history and full of historic buildings of interest.

Charming apartment with stunning views.

Stunning apartment full of interesting furniture. Big balcony overlooks Gerace and Locri all the way to the water. Host is very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Un séjour de rêve

Nous sommes restés quatre nuits et nous avons eu bien du mal à partir. L'accueil a été très agréable et la propriétaire et le responsable du B&B ont fait tout ce qui était en leur pouvoir pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons occupé la chambre avec vue sur la mer. Le matin, la journée, le soir, le spectacle est grandiose. C'est l'un des endroits les plus agréables que nous avons découvert en Calabre pendant notre périple de trois semaines.
