"I love the location and the room. The staff at the desk were excellent for checking in and advice on restaurants in the area. The bar staff were rude and standoffish as they ignored me and refused to change the channel on the tv when no one was watching it. I finished my drink and left when I would have stayed longer if they were more courteous and helpful."

"The hotel is under renovation and in the morning we had several workers right in front of our windows peeping in, not a good experience and we wished they had told us prior. "The hotel was a much longer walk than 4 minutes (unless you are a giraffe) and it was not easy to find because there seems to be many streets that are poorly marked or unmarked. I received help from a very nice teenage couple who used their smart phone to finally find the hotel. I would consider staying there again but I would also search for other hotels in that city."
