"We traveled to Bellagio early October 2025 for our honeymooon!! This hotel was amazing - it is absolutely the best place to stay in all of Lake Como, and possibly all of Italy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They often remembered our drink orders from the previous day and recognized us when we came and went. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious. Breakfast spread in the morning was great - there is something for everyone including gluten free options. We did not eat at either of the restaurants onsite but enjoyed snacks and drinks poolside and from the bar inside. We very much enjoyed our couples massages at the spa and the concierge organized a wonderful private boat tour of the lake. The property is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bellagio with a great view and away from the chaos. Close to the ferry and all the shops/restaurants. The property was very secure as well, non hotel guests were not permitted in. Our only small complaint was that the hotel AC was not on, front desk stated they were in heating mode so the AC in our room did not turn on. We had to sleep with our balcony door cracked which did cause us to hear the church bells early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend and if we return to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again! "

"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The entire hotel is only recently built, the rooms are modern and stylish. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help. The bed is big and comfortable, and the shower is definitely the best part. The rooms come with a massive TV with Netflix. On the site is a complex which when completed will be filled with lots of shops and restaurants, some of which are already open. The hotel is in close proximity to the tram station so getting into Bergamo is a breeze. You can also take the line up the other way to Albino and do some hiking. We stayed as a couple and had absolutely no issues at all, the only minor comment would be that there was some limescale in the shower head but a quick wipe with a cloth sorted that out. Also the rooftop restaurant is expensive so just keep that in mind. However the food is incredible. The breakfast is great, there is a wide selection of cereal, hot food, pastries and fruit available and we were always able to get a seat. Would definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend to others. "

"I had a great stay at B&B Hotel Bergamo City. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with surprisingly quiet rooms despite being located on a main road. The soundproofing and blackout curtains really help ensure a restful night. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. The hotel also provides parking facilities, which is a big plus if you're driving. One of the best aspects is its location. It's just a short walk from the train station, making day trips to Milan super convenient — only €9 return and about an hour's travel. Additionally, the Città Alta, Bergamo’s historic upper town, is within walking distance and absolutely worth spending a day exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was reliable throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is a solid choice for both leisure and business travelers."

"Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. All in all a very pleasant hotel indeed - can't wait to return to Bergamo and the Arli hotel will be high on our list of places to stay. "
