"Reception does not speak anything except German, when they are actually there, which is very limited. Rooms are hot, no fans or air-conditioning. Tiniest mini fridge I have ever seen. "Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"Everything was excellent, the only complaint I have is that there were no mosquito/flies net in front of the windows. This makes it difficult to sleep, since there is also no AC in the room, so the flies and mosquitoes were everywhere in the room. Your hotel is right by the horse stable so flies and mosquitoes are a given. Please install them for your rooms!"
