The room was super clean and the staff was friendly. The property was dated and could use some outside maintenance- inside was fine. Great price, close enough drive- we just stayed one night for an event. Outside entrances were a little sketchy in the dark at night.

This is an old facility refurbished to an extent. The furniture in our room was old and battered. The mattresses were soft. The toilet seat was not fastened properly. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly. We were only staying for one night so it was tolerable. The breakfast provided was very good. Both hot and cold selections

My family stayed here for a few days and we had an amazing stay. Beds were very comfortable and there was a microwave in a small refrigerator. My only complaint was the bathtub did not have a working plug or drain. I could not give my child a bath, which was slightly frustrating. I had to put a washcloth in the drain just to keep some water in it. Overall, this was a great place to stay for my family very affordable and comfortable.

All of the staff were unwelcoming. From the check in to check out, even the woman in the deli was snide. For such a large hotel there was not many amenities. The breakfast was good and dining room was clean.

The room was ok; bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain amd toilet was super wobbly. Both issues we could deal with. Lobby was nice. Breakfast was good. The whole place had a strange smell. Almost like urine. Carpet near the elevator on 2nd floor is a tripping hazard. Carpet throughout needs replaced due to stains and odor. We travel to Gettysburg often and wanted to try staying a little further outside of town than we usually do. Unfortunately, we will not choose this hotel again. It has the potential to be very nice.

Property was nice. Quiet area. Room service was quick! Vending machines were either broken or only took quarters which was a pain. I had to take money out of the ATM, get the front desk to make change, go to the arcade and get quarters. It was a multi step process!! If the machines took cards it would be so much easier!!

There was a good selection of breakfast items. Parking was very close, safe and free. The room was enormous, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We had a wonderful stay and wished it could have been longer.

The rooms were clean. The bar and food were great. Breakfast was good but they should have more than one waffle maker. Guests were in the pool past the closing time and being very noisy. Otherwise we had a great time here.

Complementary coffee was not available because the machine was broken so we went to the local store there inside the hotel and the staff member told us she was closing in 15 minutes so she wasn’t going to make us any coffee that was very disappointing. I just remember also breakfast did not look so tasteful but other than that the room was great very clean satisfied with everything else.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We liked that the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The TV did not work very well. I had to push a button underneath the set to turn it on. It did not work with the remote. Breakfast had a good selection. We thought the waffle-making area should have switched with the juices/coffee area so as not to hold up the rest of the breakfast line. Check-in was slow because only one person was working behind the desk. But she was very efficient and moved things along as fast as she could. The hotel could use new carpeting in the hallways.

Pool broke and closed for our stay Bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Shower head was operational but lots of the holes were plugged up. Our room was moved due to the inconvenience of pool being broke which made it bit lighter mood. Breakfast was interesting scrambled eggs weren’t full cooked very runny like. Would enjoyed to see bagels or biscuits. I wouldn’t stay here again but the price was cheap so you get what you pay for. Staff was great besides all the other stuff being bad or not good.

The room was comfortable and clean, and staff was professional. The hotel has been remodeled and updated since I stayed there last. The location is also very conveniently located within easy driving distance of Gettysburg battlefield memorials and downtown.
