"Bastante mal comunicado. Está en la dirección pero detrás del edificio, no se puede acceder en coche Si vas en silla de ruedas o maletas hay una rampa de 50m para poder llegar, o unos 60 escalones. "Amazing place to stay right in the centre of Bilbao The car parking was great - it’s a tight car park for bigger cars but right underneath the apartments. The hotels.com listing says that they don’t provide cribs but when you fill in the check in questionnaire you can request one for free and it was set up in our room ready. Completely clean and great facilities, small kitchenette was well stocked. Room and bathroom were both a great size. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"
