ROSEATE Worth a Try!

"Very nice property at the Ganges, around 200 steps down but a steep climb. Food was exceptional and service as good. Very nice breakfast and great service standards! The rooms are not designed properly, even a hair dryer doesn't have a socket in the washroom or next to any mirror. Very stringent on their rules which may rightly suit them but can be quite hard on the guests. Adjacent to road hence even at night the cars sound etc is very loud in the rooms. Very nice bar and good cocktails offered. Expensive overall. Cant directly easily spot the ganges from the rooms / property however a little walk down and voila you are inside the river! We did an aarti at the ganges with all friends and was very scenic! Some of us did a yoga session at the poolside and was quite serene. Location is away from main city rishikesh hence away from the hustle and bustle. Taj Anand Kashi just 5 - 10 mins drive away."

"Our stay at Tehri Retreat by Himalayan Eco Lodges was nothing short of magical. If you’re craving serenity, waking up to the perfect sunrise over the mountains, surrounded by the soothing sounds of chirping birds, and enveloped in lush greenery—this is the place to be. The cottages offer a peaceful retreat, with exceptional staff who made us feel right at home. We were amazed by the location, not just for its beauty but also for the great mobile internet connectivity, which kept us connected while still feeling away from it all. Being just 45 minutes from Tehri Lake for thrilling water sports and the same distance from Kanatal for adventurous jeep safaris, this retreat is the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement. Our 4-day trip was so unforgettable that leaving felt bittersweet. We can't wait to return and relive this experience all over again. This place truly has our hearts, and we will definitely be booking here again."
