"The hotel is amazing, the rooms were magnificent recently renovated. The buffet was amongst the best. Some areas of improvement would be to add more plants there were some open areas with drying lawn. However it’s still one of the best hotels at JBR. The room design should get an award more value than most especially considering its location and beachfront at JBR Special mention to Naik from the kitchen, The young guy from Nepal at the reception he was so nice and helped me get my Apple Watch back. I really loved that that made a cake for us to say goodbye and those 2 ladies were also nice can’t remember their names but one had a light blue dress and manned the breakfast reception. "

"First time staying here last month. Hotel- layout and design is nice, very modern. Rooms- very nice and upto date, loved the theme and bathroom design, decent size, always cleaned and sheets changed Room view - selected balcony sea view and it was perfect! Food- opted for breakfast option and it didn’t disappointment plenty of options! Depending what time you go will depend on how busy it was and you might have to wait for a table but the wait time was around 10 mins. Staff- polite, friendly and welcoming Pool- a little small but with it being an infinity pool it was nice with a good view! Other service - NOT related to the hotel but no way reflect the hotel standard and service. Mentioning more so that people are aware nail salon 2nd floor (they just rent the space), overpriced, and the price does not reflect the quality of the work produced and the time taken (3hrs for acrylic nail set) plus. I had to go back 3 times within 72 hours due to the quality of nail glue used! Disappointment. Overall the hotel was great, perfect for families too! "

"I couldn’t fault this hotel. Staff are welcoming and friendly plus so efficient, food and drink is excellent and good value. Pool was absolutely amazing and beach front was great. Location was perfect. The only thing to note is that there is no real lobby as you arrive by car through the underground car park. This doesn’t matter as if you walk it’s best to go out the back via the beach and pool. Our room was a fabulous surprise. We booked a one bed suite but I didn’t expect it to be as large as it was or have the balcony and 2 x bathrooms. Honestly this will be my go to hotel if I ever come back to Dubai again. Oh and the pool beds were so comfy along with huge great luxurious towels .. pool staff so attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. "
