The worst experience ever
"The room I booked was not available they gave me another room, it was dirty with bad smell. The staff was very rude. We didn't sleep all night we stayed up sitting on plastic chairs waiting for the first bus to go home we didn't have the breakfast as well."

When a hotel is managed unprofessionally
"I've booked for my parents (mom &dad) this newly opened hotel in the beautiful area of Ain Draham, imagine staying in a room with blocked bathroom floor sink, a flood at every shower, for elderly persons above 80 years, any fall it could be fatal for them, they called the manager and his answer : ..."
