Fantastic value. Room is very clean, beds comfortable and very generous breakfast. The hostesses are wonderful. It’s an older building so, no elevator and narrow staircase to navigate. Excellent WiFi and TV with standard streaming apps. Large ensuite. This isn’t a 5 star hotel but it is excellent value. I would stay again.

Irina and team were very friendly and kind during our stay. The daily breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommend. There’s no elevator/lift, but this was not a problem for us. Location was ideal, plenty of restaurants, grocery and coffee shops near by.

This property is in perfect location to explore Ghent. Most points of interest are easily reached by foot. Those rare that are not, are conveniently accessible by public transit. Irina and her staff are outstanding and very helpful with little tips that made our time in Ghent even better. Breakfasts deserve separate commendation - they might be simple, but always fresh and tasty. This property does not tick all boxes in a classic hotel requirement list, but the overall experience of home away from home goes well beyond that.

Perfect stay! Great for our family of 4, easy to check in, very clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, ample parking 2 minutes away. Very close to the town centre, to walk but also tram stops outside.

A self service hotel, with pin entry but we had 35m2 room on ground floor and were close to all Ghent highlights. Breakfast available and substantial.Parking we had to figure out, but was available in public carpark 300mtrs away at REEP carpark 36 eu/day.

Located in the heart of the city makes it easy to walk to everything you would want to see. The staff are very helpful, speak great english and extremely helpful. The rooms are large, clean and had everything we could of needed. The fresh fruit and nespresso machine for the morning was a great touch.

Great location

Amazing location in the centre of Ghent. Spacious family suite. Breakfast was great. The curtains were a little short so was a bit bright in the morning. Be aware does have parking but you need to reserve a space and it you have to pay for it

Ideally situated nice little hotel in Ghent

Athough there is no reception, everything was fine and the breakfast on time. Irina, the responsible for all, was very kind and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in the city.
